THE OFFER

• Seeking: $5M–$15M in startup capital
  
• With funding being allocated to the purchase of or for constructing of a local airbase, including the purchasing of necessary equipment and for providing operating capital and support for the acquisition and maintenance of a bell 212/412 helicopter to meet the growing necessity for utility contract and rapid forest fire response service for protecting our communities.
